Please submit ten copies of the Program Agreement. Deadline for receipt of proposals is Friday, February 5, 2010, at 5:00 p.m. Applications should be dropped off at the Caldwell County United Way office in Lenoir.

In order to apply for funds, it is mandatory that applicants attend a Mandatory Bidder’s Conference: January 20, 2010 at Catawba Co. Social Services, Hickory, NC. Email jcpcbcc@charter.net or call 828-466-4717 by January 15 to notify of attendance.
